Last updatedReturn Policy
A small, fair set of rules that explain how to return our paper goods or how to leave a checklist subscription if it is not the right fit.
1. A friendly summary
We want every package to feel like a quiet gift. If something arrives that you do not love, please write to us. We will always do our best to make it right within a reasonable time and in line with United Kingdom consumer law.
2. Paper goods
You may return unused paper goods, including the Twilight Planner Pad and the Bedside Routine Card Set, within fourteen days of receiving your parcel. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
To start a return please write to us through the contact form with your order reference. We will send a simple postal address and clear instructions. Please keep proof of posting until your refund has been processed.
3. Refunds
Once your returned items reach the studio and we have checked their condition we will issue a refund to the original payment method within seven working days. Refunds cover the price of the product. Return postage is paid by you unless the items arrived damaged or were sent in error by us.
4. Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please write to us within seven days of receiving the parcel with a short description and, if possible, a photograph. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including postage.
5. Personalised plans
Personalised checklist subscriptions are tailored to your answers and therefore cannot be returned in the usual sense. You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us through the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We will not bill you again after that.
If you are unhappy with the first checklist we send you please tell us. We will refine it once at no extra cost, or refund the first month if you would prefer to stop the subscription altogether.
6. Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and quality reasons we cannot accept returns of paper goods that have been written on, damaged after delivery or that show clear signs of use. We hope you understand.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable laws of England and Wales. You may always rely on those rights if they offer you greater protection.
8. How to get in touch
To start a return, ask a question about a refund or share a concern about your subscription please write to us through the contact form. A human will always read your message and reply in plain language.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our studio or to applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. The policy that applies to your order is the one in place at the time you placed it.
